Synesthésies is a course at the ESBAMA and the departement of chemistry, University of Science, Montpellier, a collaboration between students from the University of science Montpellier and art students of the ESBAMA.

Synesthésies is exploring possibles synestethic links between painting and scent, painting and sound. In collaboration with studnts of the chemistry departement, art students create parfumes, aromes and sounds that relate to paintings of contemporary French and German artists shown in the context of exhibitions at the Maison de Heidelberg, German cultural centre of Montpellier.
